I have been working in financial protection since the early 2010s. Over that time I have built FEI into a network of specialist advisers serving UK families across multiple communities and languages — because I believe the quality of your advice should not depend on where you are from or what language you speak at home.
My background is in building systems and structures that work at scale. My focus has always been the UK market and the families our advisers serve every day. I oversee the network, the compliance framework, the adviser support systems, and the tools we build to help clients get more from their cover.
I am not a salesperson. I am not interested in volume for its own sake. What drives me is making sure that when something goes wrong for a client’s family — a diagnosis, a death, an accident — the policy they were sold actually does what it was supposed to do. That means the right insurer, the right terms, the right trust structure, and the right legal documents in place.
That is why every our client gets free will writing and trust setup as standard. Not as an upsell. Because a life policy without a trust is a promise your family might wait twelve months to collect.
